It enjoys a peaceful rural location with splendid views over the Hertfordshire countryside with the adjacent fields used for horse livery and sheep grazing. Guests have the use of the Hot Tub and heated outdoor swimming pool. There are riding stables next door to the property with golf and National Trust sites within 5 miles. For those that enjoy walking Bromyard Downs are nearby with the Malvern Hills about 20 mins drive. it is also ideally located for The Hay Festival and the Three Choirs Festival when held in Hereford or Worcester which are each circa 20 minutes drive. The National Trusts Brockhampton Court is also close by. There are good restaurants and pubs both in Bromyard and the surrounding countryside and for those that want to get on the water your hosts also run a Narrowboat Hire business boats can be hired subject to availability.This double room is located on the ground floor with direct access to the pool and hot tub. As a bed and breakfast property there are no facilities for the cooking, warming or preparation of your own food at the property. As well as your private bedroom and bathroom you will have access to the guest lounge ( no food to be consumed in the lounge) dining room for consumption of food prepared on the premises, the grounds, pool and hot tub.
