Twin Room. Light airy room, newly decorated and new carpet. 2 single beds but can also accommodate a small child on request with a z bed available for a small extra cost. Room has a colour TV & DVD player. Hairdryer, Ironing board and Iron Available on request. Tea and coffee making facilities available in the room. A book shelf filled with books about Cornish life and history, & tourist information on local sites areas of interest, local food menus, and local taxi company contact details. Very clean and spacious twin room. Semi detached house built in 1892. Victorian style. Town centre is only a 10 minute walk from our house. Mevagissey 15 minutes drive, Eden Project 15 minute drive. Large room with twin beds, 3rd Z bed available, suitable for small child. Wifi password will be made available on check in. Guests are welcome to use the garden, there is a lawned area, small patio area with seating available. My wife and I are available and on site to answer any questions you may have, or to offer advice for directions or recommendations. Pondhu Road is a quiet Road with great access to town centre. Town centre only 5 minute walk. Town centre houses local restaurants, cinema a very convenient location and good quick access from our house. Local train and bus stations 20 minute walk from this property.
