It offers the highest level of comfort with a large living room and fully equipped kitchen. − Secured with smart lock (digital door lock) - King size bed with 5 star-mattress − Living room with sofa and 55 inch smartTV. − The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, electric rice, pan, cooking pots − Bathroom: Shampoo and, Hair dryer, - Washing machine − Full personal care items: Towels, Toothbrushes and Toothpaste − Indoor slippers − Free coffee and tea - High speed wifi - You will get an entire apartment during your stay. - We will share you open-door’s code in advance for the first time you come. We will also give you a resident card during your stay in my apartment; (You need to use resident's access card at ground floor gate). You will have 24/7 self-access to apartment, no curfew. In addition to your private space, you also have access to our laundry facility if you want to wash yourself as well as our big living room for networking. Private Balcony to chill out in the morning or in the evening, special preference for smoker. I and my co-host are available either in person or by phone. Happy to give advices in tours, airport pick up, good spots around town and nearby provinces where no tour guide can give you as I was born and raised in the old quarter. Guest are also welcome to contact us through Airbnb, by email or by phone prior to their stay or during their stay. We are always here to help no matter what. All thing you need in first floor : coffee shop, supermarket, spa- nail, hair dress store, restaurance,... Within 2 minutes walking, you can find Times City with a lot of restaurants, shopping mall, CINEMA with the largest Imax screen in Vietnam. A large sky walking garden in rooftop of the building with beautiful view city and river. Security guards work 24/24. In order to keep a convivial atmosphere we kindly ask you do not do anything too loud after 11pm and follow the rules - SLIPPERS which you can easily find on the house should be used when you are in the house. - POOL FEE is 5$ for adult and 2$ for children -We also offer the pick up taxi (4-7-16 seats) from the airport with a good price for your convenience. -We can arrange tours through Vietnam(Ha Long bay, Sapa, Ninh Binh, Trang An,...) bus, train, airplane ticket for you as we have a good relationship with a big travel agency.
