Studio with use of sauna/jacuzzi close to nature

This fully furnished studio is located behind our house, on the edge of nature and recreation areas. You walk straight from our house into nature or you get on the bus in front of the door to the historic (shopping) city of Nijmegen with shops, museums, university and hospitals. The fast cycle path towards Nijmegen is 100 meters away, a shopping center and the station are <2 km. There is a Greek restaurant opposite the B&B. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi for an additional fee, from Sept till June. The (sound and heat) insulated studio of 40 m² has a sitting area, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette with Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, hob, fridge, dishwasher, plates and cutlery etc. The 4 sleeping places are divided over 2 rooms. Underfloor heating and air conditioning, private entrance and private shower room and a separate private terrace make this studio a complete home. The energy is generated by 24 solar panels. A heat pump and two heat boilers provide heating and hot water. You arrive at our site via Bagijnstraat, where there is plenty of parking space. You have your own entrance. The studio has a private terrace with its own garden furniture. The covered bicycle shed is of course at your disposal. I receive you and take you to the studio for a brief explanation. In addition, we can discuss your wishes regarding a possible breakfast and the conditions of the rental. I live in the house myself and am usually present and otherwise reachable by phone. I respect your privacy but there is always time for a chat if you appreciate it too. Of course I can give you many tips about the area and the city of Nijmegen. Our house is located at the intersection of the provinces of Limburg, Gelderland and Brabant with nature reserves and recreational lakes in the immediate vicinity. The historic, shopping and cultural city of Nijmegen is 10 minutes by car. It is a versatile environment so interesting for city hopper, sportsman, nature lover, water sports enthusiast, etc. Malden and Molenhoek have a shopping center and several restaurants. There is a Greek restaurant opposite our house. Access to our site is from a sandy path - the Bagijnstraat. You can walk or cycle directly into nature via this sandy path. Walking and cycling routes are ready for you. Also very suitable for business guests. The price of the room does not include the price of a full breakfast. Additional costs for this are € 7.50 p.p. Breakfast is brought to the studio. You must reserve a time slot of 2 hours for the use of the sauna and jacuzzi. You will then have the sauna and jacuzzi all to yourself! The price is € 12,50 per person per time slot from 2 persons. Use by a person costs € 15. More info in the confirmation email of your reservation. If you use the sauna, the use of bathrobe, bath slippers and towels is mandatory. The towels from the shower should not be used for this. If you don't have anything with you, you can rent a package. No swimwear allowed in the jacuzzi due to foam formation by detergents !! We will immediately see whether you have worn swimwear by the water and will recover the cleaning costs from you. We expect you to respect privacy and not make unnecessary noise outside due to neighbors and other guests. Check out is before 11am. We have a dog (farmer's fox) but that won't bother you. Our eggs come from our own chickens.
