House near the sea

Ground floor house total area of 200 square meters, located only 50 meters from the sea in the north of the island in Vagia where it is 5 minutes from the port of Souvala by car. The house has large verandas overlooking the sea as well as a large terrace to enjoy the sunset and the starry sky, ideal for families and couples. Quiet place to relax and enjoy the sea and the paths next to it for a walk. The house has 4 bedrooms with closets. The first bedroom has a queen size bed, the second one has 2 single beds that can be arranged also as a king size bed with a top-mattress, the third bedroom has 2 single beds (1 sofa bed and an additional single) and the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed. Other spaces include 3 bathrooms with cabinets, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen to make your breakfast and meals and a second sitting room with 7 meters of glass windows overlooking the sea, a dining table and a fireplace. The main living room is quite large, also with a dining table a fireplace and a piano. Although I won't be available during your stay, family members will be there to assist you upon arrival and departure and you could contact them directly should you need anything during your stay. The house is 5 mins from the port of Souvala by car, there is a regulated service of buses that service the area .(If you have a car you can easily explore the island of Aegina. The bus connecting the central town of Aegina, Souvala ( the nearby village) and Vagia, is scheduled to work 3 times per day ( e.g. and 15:00 from Vagia). The bus stop is near the house. Another bus that connects the village of Agia Marina and Aegina runs nearby 4 times a day. (Τhere are also available taxis that you can call when you wish.)
