It is a three bed-roomed house, main bedroom en- suite, sunken lounge, kitchen, dining, veranda, borehole, alarm system, security walled. Close to 3 shopping centers (3,4 km). Close to Cleveland dam, 15 km from Harare city center. East of the city center. Generally quiet but next to AFM Church. OWNER stays in cottage on property. Planning to build a second house. 4022sq meters yard. Alarm system, Generator, & Portable solar lights available. Safe to drink Borehole water. The guests are free to use the three bedrooms, lounge, dining space and kitchen. Because of the availability of outside space small parties of 15 to 20 people can be hosted at the premises with the consent of the host. Extra charges for parties may be applicable. There is enough space for parking. The guests are free to use the three bedrooms, lounge, dining space and kitchen and the outside yard space for small parties. I do not interfere with my guests because I want them to feel as free as possible however, I and my Co-Host will be available for any assistance they require. Payments are through Airbnb no cash payments are entertained. The neighborhood is generally quiet and friendly. We are close to three shopping centers, where public transport to the city is available, however, private transport arrangements with trusted drivers can be arranged. In the city center there are some safe public parking facilities. My caretaker family stays on the property but they do not interfere with the guests, however, guests can request their services like cleaning, washing, ironing and even cooking if guests are prepared to show them how they want their food prepared and agree with them on the payment for their service. Trusted Chauffer driven transport around Harare can be arranged. Catering for parties can be arranged.
