The house has been freshly decorated throughout and newly furnished. The location is convenient for Sheffield Road buses and also within walking distance of the Town Centre, where the train station and main terminal is for bus transportation throughout the region. There are local shops for the essentials and also many different takeaway eating options, as well as restaurants in the Town Centre for eating out. The whole house is for sole occupation of the guest. It is a sizeable property with plenty of circulation space. There is also a private area to the rear which again is for the sole use of the guest. Access to all areas of the property which can be entered either via the front or rear door. Rear door access is advised after walking on nearby off road paths or in fields. The flooring in the kitchen is vinyl and so will clean up quickly and easily. We have an office in the centre of town which you are welcome to pop and see us in case we can help with your stay in any way. There is the main Sheffield Road nearby with bus stop and plenty of shops locally for food and refreshments in case essential items are missed from a recent shopping expedition. The main park for the town (Locke Park) is a short walk away for relaxation and enjoyment. Various activities and events taking place in the park. Or just for a leisurely stroll. The house is a walk away from the centre of town where there are bus terminals and a train station. Access to major cities such as Sheffield, Leeds and Manchester via train or bus. Parking is available on a side road opposite the house, vehicles will likely be able to be parked within view of the property (depending on other people parking in that area). Easy distance to walk to from town centre. Not advised on arrival with luggage and any heavy cases but taxi should cost no more than £5 from bus or train station or from out town centre offices after collecting the key.
