Our modern North Wing, has a comfortable King Size bedroom with en suite and Plasma TV and fireplace, large kitchen and living room with TV, wood burning stove, large fridge and dishwasher. The space is part of our main house, you will have a private bedroom and shower (with a lock on the bedroom door), access to washing machine and dryer, and private access to the second kitchen and living area. You will also have a separate entrance. Our space is comfortably unique, it offers relaxing and scenic views in both Winter and Summer. Our kitchen is large with all white goods and cooking essentials. Our land is full of different animals as well as wildlife. Being 5 minutes of the freeway, we are the ideal stop for workers and a stop off before or after Melbourne. You will have access to our North Wing, with access to our swimming pool and alfresco area with BBQ, bonfire area outside, access to all animals to feed, Sunday Creek and all dams. We live in the dwelling next door in case you need anything. We are happy to leave you be or invite you for dinner with our family around a BBQ. We have a lovely neighborhood. Our neighbors have a sculpture park and kangaroo sanctuary. Our town of Tallarook has a beautiful country pub, cafe and milk bar and a farmers market once a month. We are five minutes from the Tallarook Train Station which can be accessed direct from Southern Cross on the V/Line. Parking is free on the property. If required, we can open another bedroom which can sleep 3 extra guests and also an additional powder room for an extra cost. The property is both 2WD and 4WD accessible. We are 100% self sufficient and off the grid so we respectfully ask that you are mindful of the how you use the power and water (ie. if you aren't in the room, turn the light off)
