This is a fully renovated apartment ( April 2019), 42 sq 1st floor of a 3floor residential building in a quiet neighborhood, 400 meters from Aigaleo Metro, 6KM from Sydagma, Acropolis and 5KM from Thissio and historical Athens. Get to the airport directly (Metro blue line) and to Peiraias port (Metro - train). Vintage details and modern comforts will make your stay pleasant and relaxed. Washed in daylight with 2 balconies, fully equipped kitchen and a fully renovated bathroom, new bed &mattress. Welcome to our family owned apartment that we carefully renovated this year and finished in April 2019 showing respect to the beautiful mosaic floors. The apartment is 42 square meters and has one balcony from the one side (east) and one more facing the west side. That means that is washed in daylight having the sun in the morning in the living room and early afternoon on the other side where the bedroom is. The windows and doors are all brand new isolating the heat, cold and noise, the entrance door is a safety door and the bedroom locks with its own keys. The kitchen is fully equipped offering all kind of kitchennete you may need during your stay whether you want to cook for 3 or just enjoy your coffee or tea or wine. The TV is brand new flat with all the Greek channels and some international. The bedroom has a double comfortable bed with a brand new mattress and one more single bed that opens for one person. It also has a working office if you want to spend some of your time working. The WI FI is reliable all year round. You will also find a big closet, brand new where you can have all your belongings during your stay. The bathroom is brand new, fully renovated with a cabin shower. The building has only 3 floors and it is situated across a small green park on the narrow street where it is located. In 400 meters you will reach the MEtro station of Aigaleo city and the center of the city where you can find all the shops of all kinds, taverns, restaurants, nice coffee shops and bars. In just 2 minutes walk from the apartment you will find a pharmacy, a police station, a bakery, a super market and every Friday morning you can buy fresh fruits and fish in the open market that takes place just across the street. If you arrive with a car you can park by the next street just one minute walk from the apartment. For hot water there is a boiler. You can get in the building by using our private access code that we will give you so your check in time can be flexible. We live on the 2ond floor of the building so we are at your disposal if you need anything during your stay. The check in is flexible as you can access the building via a code that we supply to you and without a key. Upon check in we will ask for you ID or Passport number , address and full name. The access to the apartment and building is only accessible to the the guests. Quite and friendly neighbourhood away from the touristic areas, you will enjoy the friendly attitude of our neighbours and the quite mornings and afternoons. Aigaleo is a supurb of Athens in the west side, very close to downtown Athens. Even if you take a taxi you will be at the center of Athens in 10 minutes. Gazi and THissio are just 2 stops away with the Metro and Monastiraki 3 stops away and Sydagma just 4 stops away. You can also use a bus to get to the port of Peiraias as the bus stop is just around the corner of the building. Also the apartment is very close to the BUs Station -Ktel Kifissou where buses go to Peloponnese, North Greece etc; with a taxi it will take you more than 5 minutes. Withing walking distance you can get to the vibrant area of the centre of Aigaleo city where you can find restaurants shops, taverns pastry shops and you will enjoy the good prices and the variety of shops . IF you want to spend most of your time downtown Athens you will find your way easily and safe as it is only 5-6 KM away.
