BINNOWEE COTTAGE.

Enjoy sleeping peacefully at Binnowee and wake to the sound of birdsong. Our self-contained cottage with a cosy wood fire is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the fabulous views of the Great Dividing Range . BINNOWEE is a self-contained cottage with undercover parking provided and is located close to the main residence at the property whilst allowing guests to enjoy privacy during their stay. Complimentary breakfast provisions are supplied daily for all guests. Our breakfast supplies offer a selection of items to prepare your breakfast daily in our fully equipped kitchen. Cereal or porridge, local bacon, free range eggs, toast and spreads, milk, tea and coffee offer a variety of breakfast options during your stay. There are two bedrooms, each with comfortable queen-sized beds . The 'Blue Wren 'room is the main guest room located downstairs in the cottage. The 'Black Cockatoo 'room offers accommodation for additional guests at a cost of $40 per guest and is located upstairs if you wish to share the cottage with family or friends. Please note that if 2 guests require separate rooms, an additional cost of $40 per day applies,rather than sharing a room. Please indicate if you require the use of an additional room when making your booking request. Guests have the cottage to themselves and the grapevine adorned verandahs and shady gardens are relaxing places to take in the mountain scenery. The property is situated near Rudd's Corner, just outside the township of Nobby. The area is rich in history with Rudd's pub at Nobby providing a glimpse into the past along with their great pub meals. We are not far from the New England Highway, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and tranquility and birdlife. It is not far to Toowoomba or Warwick with just a 35 min drive. The Blue Wren Room is the main bedroom located downstairs near the bathroom and private living and kitchen/dining areas. The grapevine adorned verandahs and shaded seating areas are perfect for relaxing and be assured that you will enjoy privacy and peaceful surroundings. The Black Cockatoo Room is located upstairs and will offer you the opportunity to share your stay with friends or family at Binnowee Cottage. An additional cost of $40 per guest including complimentary breakfast provisions applies when booking the cottage for more than 2 guests. Please note - the charge of $40 also applies if separate rooms are desired by 2 guests staying in the cottage. Self check-in to our cottage with instructions provided after booking confirmation . A breakfast pack and local information will be in the cottage on arrival (Full Breakfast provisions for each morning during your stay) and I am happy to accommodate dietary requirements. Whilst we are available close by on the property in the main residence to assist with enquires , your privacy will be considered very important during your stay. Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations. The cottage is your place to relax and enjoy during your stay. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings as our neighbours are far away. We are located near Nobby township which provides a great Pub and regular Country Markets and local store and we are not far from the highway but we enjoy a quiet location and beautiful views. Own transport is required. Car hire is available in Toowoomba. 53 km to Toowoomba West Wellcamp Airport. We have a pool which guests may use. Just let us know so we can remove the pool cover for you. A breakfast pack is provided for guests to prepare a full breakfast in the cottage each morning.
