Best Lake View in Switzerland/18.2m2 Private Room

Stay over in my 18.2m2 room with a bed (1.80x2m) and enjoy the most perfect lake view you can have in whole Switzerland including sunset and view to the mountains ;) - 50 meter from the water where you can swim - own bathroom incl. laundry and you can use the kitchen / grill - only 25 min by train from Zurich main station, 25 min by train from the Airport, 5min walk to the trainstation where you have a train every 15 or 30minutes - I love meeting people from all over the world - built in 2016 - highly sustainable building MINERGIE certified - calm and 108m2 big - lake ;) I love meeting from all over the world and that's why I start over again with my Airbnb experience which I did some years ago in my old Apartment. I am quite busy and love to travel myself, so it might often happen that you have the apartment totally for yourself. - calm and safe - will help you with all the information - parking space available, train 5min walk - no smoking in the Apartment, but it is allowed on the balcony
