Welcome to our country house. Your apartment is in the top part of the house and has everything you need incl. the best view of the house. It is fully furnished and we provide fresh towells. Ideal for 2 or a Family vacation. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and a spaces living area with a pull out couch - enough space for 5 guests The close location to Friedrichshafen is also ideal for visitors of "Messe Friedrichshafen" From this spacious apartment in the 3rd floor you have an amazing few of the alps one one side and mount Gehrenberg on the other side. The place has an open living space and big kitchen. The couch in the living area can be pulled out and turn into a bed. And you also have sleeping space available on the rustic top floor. You will live directly at the hiking and biking path next to the river Rotach so your tour can start right in front of your door. The Lake of Constanc is just 13km away and there are a lot of places to visit close by. You have access to the garage where you can store your bike and where you also find a place to do laundry We are also living in the house, just downstairs. We really dig our privacy so we have no problems giving you yours. :) But we are always, always available if you need help or a suggestion on where to go. The village itself is gorgeous. Walking through the winding streets with definitely take your breath away. There is a small river/park right out the front door, as well as a walking/biking trail that leads to the Gehrenberg as well as the closer cities and Bodensee There are two grocery stores within walking distance, as well as a bakery and bus stop. But we are located on a side street, so its a pretty quiet location. E-Bike rental available and only a short walk to skate park, tennis court and a playground. During certain times of the year we also offer E-Bike tours and Oldtimer tours
