Due to the current Covid19 advice I will not be there to show you around the house but I live next door so I'll be available if you need me. We can also communicate through phone/text/message. Prior to Covid19 I would greet guests on arrival and run through all they need to know regarding the property. I can help with ideas and places to visit if you wish. I live in the cottage next door, so if you have any problems/questions I am close at hand, when not in work. I will be available via mobile anytime during your visit. The property is nestled in a quiet village, yet close to amenities. It's the perfect base to explore beautiful Pembrokeshire, with a central location close to the great views of the world renowned Coastal Path and its award winning beaches. You’ll love the peace and tranquillity of the village location whilst being close to the action/adventure. If you like walking you can even walk to nearby Milford Marina (5 min drive away, 25-30 min walk), walk to the nearby farm shop (10 min walk), and you can drive to the nearby beaches in 5-20 mins. Of course the entire county and beyond is within reach if you have a car or use the Puffin Shuttle (tourist/coastal bus service). Note: car is recommended as most convenient way to explore the county. Keen bird watchers or wildlife lovers should visit Skomer Island, best known for its Puffins. It's truly an amazing experience to see so many, so close, in the wild. Brimming with art and culture, with castles, standing stones and ancient woodlands - it's not only the beautiful coastline and wonderful wildlife that attracts visitors to Pembrokeshire. If you're a foodie like me, you'll also find out that it boasts many places to dine to suit all pockets. Train station - 2 miles from Thornton. Local coastal buses, ideal to use when walking sections of the Pembrokeshire coast path. Ideally you will need your own transport-car or bikes- to explore Pembrokeshire.
