Your Bedroom and balcony in my apt central Athens

Spacious and cosy bedroom 22 sq in Athens Center. Balcony acces full of sun and light , 5th floor. In a street with few trafic, the bedroom is cosy . The bed is really confy. The bedroom is bright. 3 min walk to Metro Attiki Lign 1 or 2 , 3 stops from Monastiraki, and straight to Piraeus and beaches - Elevator - Calm street full of trees with Fresh markets on saturdays. Bakeries, Police , supermarkets , street foods until late. AC and fans free parking. no smokers. Only one person. No visitors You will enjoy this nice and spacious bedroom (18sq) situated on 5 th floor (elevator) of a (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) art déco building in a quiet street with trees. It s NO ALLOWED TO SMOKE inside the bedroom . There is a nice view on a beautiful Orthodox Church Place from the Balcony. Sun wake up on the balcony until Noon, then it will be on shady. Balcony is well decorated and fulls of plants all the year. Perfect for a solo traveler who want to visit Athens and relax in the calm after a long day of exploring the city or after a beach day. You can walk from the apartment and find yourself going through lively places and arriving at heart of the city with the most notable sights of Athens available Monostiraki, Lycabetus mountain, Exarchia, syntagma square, Omonia famous fountains , Accropolis, Plaka etc. If you prefer to take public transport, there are 2 Subway stations Lign 1 and 2 at 3 min walks ( Attiki or Victoria) to reach the city center in 5 minute ( 2 stops) or Straight to the beaches and Marina ( Piraeus ). Church place with bars and restaurants, 24 hours backery, street food around famous donuts place downstairs etc You can acces to the Kitchen to use the fridge, cafee machin or Microwave only. Cooking is not allowed. The Bathroom is composed of a shower, sink and toilet. There are nice decoration touches. You will Have AC and celling fan in your bedroom. Everything is there to have a great stay in Athen and feel home. The street is one way circulation so no lot of trafic and no trafic at night. You will see it s verry quiet. There is a fresh market every saturday from 8 AM TO 5 PM. Local mini markets and small shops stay up till the late of the night. - Your private balcony - Private bedroom - bathroom/toilet acces - microwave and part of refrigerator ( no cooking allowed) - you can ask me if you need to wash your clothe and dry. Full of trees, close to a church place, the area is verry nice and calm at night. Shops opened until late, nice church place to have a drink or cafee, lots of restaurants (kebab, greeks family restaurants, indian food etc) 1/ METRO: Μ1 Victoria or M2 ATTIKI ( 3 minutes walk) 2/ WALK : You can easily walk in 20 minutes from the appartment to Omonia square or the center 3/ CAR: Free Parking in the area, and places are often availabe in the street 4/ TAXI : to the center of the city (taxis are still cheap in Athens so you will pay 4 euros max)
