This is a spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Kingston Foreshore, just a short walk from some of Canberra's best restaurants and bars. This Kingston Foreshore apartment overlooks the building's centre courtyard and is easily accessible by lift. It has a generiously-sized living area with separate bedroom and separate bathroom. BEDROOM: Your bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with fresh linen. The linen is professionally cleaned and pressed after each stay. The bedroom also has a lot of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and toilet. I provide complimentary towels, shampoo, toilet paper and body wash. KITCHEN: You are welome to use the fully-equipped kitchen, which includes: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - crockery and complete set of cutlery - toaster - electric kettle - microwave We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a TV and comfortable couch. There is also reverse-cycle heating and air conditioning in the apartment. LAUNDRY: The washer and dryer are non-functional at the moment thus, it is taken out of the amenities. Please do not use. We are in the process of having it replaced. COMMON AREAS: BBQ: As of 22 April, 2021 The furniture being used and the area being left in an improper manner is inappropriate and in violation of the Azure Rules. All of the furniture in the BBQ area will be removed until further notice. Pool: Due to the pandemic, common areas may be closed without prior notice. Please refer to the updated guidelines and announcements in the premises at the time of your arrival. There is a key-safe for self check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me. I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun! Kingston Foreshore is a relatively new area of Canberra. What makes the Foreshore so unique is the variety of great cafes, restaurants and bars right by the water. Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages .
