It is located in Gouves village 15min east of Heraklion airport and only 5min away from the aquarium and dinosaur park. It is ideal for family holidays as it provides guests with the opportunity to enjoy peaceful vacations by the sea, whilst being close to main attractions like Knossos and waterparks. The seaside villa has a stunning sea view and a large traditional Cretan garden with olive trees and vegetable garden, equipped with BBQ, outside dining area, hammock including a children’s playground! Also ideal for visitors with pets who are happy to keep their dogs in the spacious pet house outside the main house. This is a non-smoking villa. The house is recently built to the highest standards, with spacious kitchen and sitting room, a very large master bedroom with sea view, and 3 additional bedrooms. There is easy and very frequently bus connection to Heraklion, Herssonisos and Malia. You can use everything in the villa from the playground, the barbecue (ask us for the "cretan bbq" cooked by a local) or the dog house. We'll interact with you as little or as much you want - this is up to you. We are happy to provide you with recommendations regarding things you can visit, a car rental company etc. We can also prepare for you a traditional Cretan feast cooked in the outdoor wood oven upon demand. The delightful family friendly country villa is in a quiet and peacfull enviroment with no neighboors around. The location of the villa is perfect for anyone wishing to explore Crete, as it has easy access to the main road, is very well serviced by buses going to Heraklion, Herissonisos and Malia, and East Crete, whilst at the same time being in a quiet rural setting. It is situated only 15min from the airport.
