As this was previously our snooker room and bar, it features a small bar area in the corner for your added enjoyment! Parking is on our driveway and access to the property is via a side entrance. Craig and Linda are located on site, so are available for anything you need. However, as the Old Snooker Hall has it's own entrance and garden, you have complete privacy. The Old Snooker Hall is located in Tetsworth, which benefits from a pub, village shop, village green and antiques centre. We are just a short drive (10 minutes) from Thame, a picturesque market town with numerous coffee shops, pubs and restaurants and shops. Oxford city centre is only 25 mins away, and Bicester Village, the famous designer shopping outlet around 30 mins away. We often host guests attending equine clinics at Attington Stud which is only 3 doors away! Tetsworth is just a couple of miles off the M40 so easily accessible. There is a cross-country walking route into Thame (approx 50 mins walk) or just 10 mins by car. We also have a limited bus service into Oxford (weekdays only) from right outside the house. Please note, that although the flat is on one level, there is a slope and a couple of steps to access it. The driveway and the garden are shingle. This may make it difficult for people with mobility problems.
