The Cottage is available to be booked under Covid-19 Protection Framework (traffic light RED) for fully vaccinated guests. Come, relish and disconnect from the hustle and bustle in the city and stay in the delightful Cottage on our farm estate. With Te Awamutu town centre located only 5km from the Cottage, you can enjoy all the town has to offer. Swimming Pool (summer) and Tennis Court available for guests to enjoy. Centrally located to many towns, attractions and activities for all to enjoy The Cottage boasts two gorgeous double bedrooms each with ensuites, a large kitchenette and spacious lounging area. Cooking facilities are an electric frypan, a microwave combi oven and a large BBQ. Laundry facilities are available in the hosts main house. The guest house is private and is perfect for a couple on their own, couples travelling together or a family. There are two king single beds in the lounge area for those that don’t mind being in a shared space. The guest house is a stand alone building set in park like grounds. A swimming pool, tennis court and brazier are all available to use. Our guest house is located on a working dairy farm. Our cottage is approximately 5km from town, there is no public transport although a taxi service in town is available.
