All rooms are air-conditioned, unlimited wifi, comfortable queen-sized bed, locking room doors, desks/chairs, robes, and fully equipped kitchen & laundry in common areas. On inquiring after room availability, I can inform potential guests on how many other people are booked in the space during their intended stay. It is a well designed floor-plan for individuals to coexist comfortably, separately, with respect to cleanliness of common areas. There is a courtyard out-back for smokers, or anyone keen for fresh air &/or a BBQ. I live in this unit with my cat Tommy, so please alert me if you have cat allergies as I may have availability in neighbouring Unit to offer. I also use one of the bedrooms as a music teaching/practice space, however noise is not offensive, timing is reasonable & somewhat flexible. There is ample verge parking directly opposite the address for those with vehicles, besides which street parking is legal & free (it's a suburban residence). 8 mins walk to Albany Hwy where Bus 930 frequently runs to Perth City (15min trip), or South towards Westfield Carousel. 5 mins walk to Bus stop on Berwick st serving 177 to Perth City & Circle Route. 20 minute walk to Oats Street Train Station. Numerous restaurants, cafes and pubs 20 mins walk. I can also provide reasonable bicycles (w/ helmets & locks) for a simple $50 deposit. The closest supermarket is Aldi (crn Albany Hwy & Hill View tce) 15mins walk. Then Bentley Plaza Mall (w/24hr Spud Shed & Woolies) 20mins walk South, or The Park Centre Mall with Coles, K-Mart and other shops up Albany hwy toward city. I love to meet and socialise with new people. I have traveled significantly myself, and I'm always interested to share stories and viewpoints. If a group is using living areas at times when I am also around the house, I am a very social, pleasant, well mannered person interested in having conversations with people on almost any topic. However if I'm not outside at a job, I can also be busy on my computer at home, and I have various responsibilities which take up my time in the house. If a guest wishes to ask for advice, or needs help with anything, I am often available to chat if I am at home. If I am out, I am more than happy to answer a call and do what I can over the phone, or schedule a time to meet to aid further. If anyone has reason to frequent Curtin Uni, this address is close to the Bentley Campus, with free Curtin Taxi-Buses passing regularly only 3 mins walk (Burlington St).
