The Villa, Victoria Pt: Waterfront&cls to Sirromet

The Villa is our coastal retreat lovingly renovated & decorated to make the most of the stunning waterfront views. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a/c in living & main bedroom, a fireplace & a 65" TV. The balcony is the perfect place to take in the bayside scenery while enjoying a morning coffee or a chilled sundowner. We welcome adult and teenage guests. Please read all information. Walk out the front door to enjoy the beach, a picnic, go kayaking or bike ride along the bike paths for kilometres. You can relax and unwind while still having the convenience of lovely cafes, a cinema, Sirromet winery and many restaurant options within a 5 - 15 minute drive. You can also walk the waterfront pathways, curl up with a good book, watch a movie, be creatively inspired, practice yoga, catch a ferry to Coochiemudlo Island (10 min ride) or take a drive to Brisbane City, Mt Tambourine, the Gold Coast or many other attractions. In order to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable for all, PLEASE READ THE BELOW AND THE HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING - Victoria Point Villa is a 2 storey retreat. Guests can access the upstairs Airbnb and grounds. There is a wonderful balcony along the front of the house and a quaint garden terrace at the back, equipped with a bbq and outdoor setting. Downstairs is our creative studio space @villabottega, also used for creative workshops. It is closed while Airbnb guests are in attendance. However, you can book a pottery/ceramic hand building workshop if you’d like a creative experience during your stay. Minimum of 4. Just message for more details. You will have private use of the property during your booking. CHECK IN 2pm CHECK OUT 10am We can accommodate flexibility if bookings allow and by prior written arrangement. We provide for the following: 1-2 people = 1 room 3-4 people = 2 rooms 5-6 people = 3 rooms You will have access to the above number of rooms dependant on your guest numbers. If you require the use of an extra room/s during your stay please let us know at the time of booking so we can advise you of the extra room cost. GUESTS The Villa is strictly only for the use of those who have booked and paid to stay. CHILDREN UNDER 12 - The Villa, due to property style and furnishings, is NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 12. WEDDINGS - If you wish to book The Villa for your wedding preparation and stay contact us prior to booking. We require a security deposit and there is a $200 charge for wedding groups. Changes to insurance etc. are required and we charge an extra fee to accommodate those changes. We also do our best to provide you with a later check-out and will advice at the time of booking if that is possible. FIREPLACE - If you’d like to use the wonderful fireplace during your stay in Winter (June, July, August), please let us know at the time of booking. There’s a $60 fee for fuel and cleaning (2 nights) and we’ll add it to your booking. STRICTLY (for our neighbours' sake, the security of your stay and our wishes) - NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE OR GROUNDS, NO PETS We live in the area and are available for any queries or concerns during your stay. Victoria Point is a relaxed beachside destination. Perfect to get away, relax and unwind. It is located facing the sparkling bay, looking out to the islands. - The perfect spot to enjoy ferry day trips to the islands and return to enjoy the cinema and restaurants located a 5 minute drive away. Walk out the front door to enjoy a wonderful walk or ride along the foreshore, stop in at a local cafe for a morning coffee or meal. Drive to the nearby Sirromet Winery, only 15 minutes away, for a tasting or dining experience. There house faces the bay so water access is just across the road. There are wonderful walking and bike paths throughout the shire. Literally walk out the front door and enjoy the sea views as you walk along the foreshore of Point O’Halloran. There is a public bus stop about 200 metres from the house which takes you to the Victoria Point shopping centres. It’s also a great spot for day trips - approx. 45 mins to Brisbane City or the Gold Coast or Mt Tambourine. Victoria Point Villa has a fireplace. If you wish to use the fireplace there is a $60 fee to cover the cost of fuel and cleaning. Extra timber can be purchased if staying longer than 2 nights.
