Pacefull room in a big nice flat

One or two rooms in a four roomed classic 1950's design flat spaciously furnished, with wooden floors, two sunny balconys and fireplace. Situated in the popular Kärrtorp with woods around the corner and a six minute tube ride to treandy Södermalm. The apartment Its located right by a large nature reserve, Nackareservatet, which includes lovely nature, lakes and restaurants! Ther are three bedrooms and normally there are one adult and two children living here. You can chose to rent the guest room or the master room with a kingsize bed and a balcony or both at the same time. When I'm renting out I keep the children's room for myself. You have access to the all apartment apart from the children's room. I have many tips on how you can have a great stay in Stockholm and the apartment has books, maps and brochures! Situated close to central Stockholm, Kärrtorp is a lovely area close to nature. Around the corner is the big 'Nacka Nature reserve', with walks and lit up running trails, outdoor gyms. There are food shops, cafe's and nice restaurants within walking distance, including the classic Santa Fe bakery in our street. There are two big stores that has just about everything, about 5 min walk from the apartment and a bakery 3 min walk from the apartment. About 10 mins walk there is an outdoor swimming facility, Nytorp bath, with a slightly larger pool and a baby pool. Free admission. Situated between the tube/metro stops 'Björkhagen' and 'Kärrtorp', it is a 6 minute ride to trendy Södermalm, in total 13 minutes to the Central Station. Several buses also pass through Kärrtorp. INTERNET: We have high speed WiFi in the apartment that you can use as much as you like. PARKING: parking right outside the apartment. BEDROOM: one 180x200 cm big bed with balcony, arm chair and wardrobe BEDROOM 3: one 90x200 bed (you can ask me for an extra bed), wardrobe and a desk. KITCHEN: Extras include an espresso machine (please tell me when you book the room if you whant to use it), Bialetti espresso maker microwave and dishwasher. BATHROOM 1: Big bath tube and tap. BATHROOM 2: wc and tap The apartment is perfect for a families and natureintrested. We have three high chairs if needed. The flats have a playground with sandpit, swing and lawn for children to play in. Nearby are many fine playgrounds.
