The Seagulls Nest.

My beach home is only one street back from the beach. We are surrounded by restaurants,bars, cafes and the local surf club. We have a pool to chill out after a beautiful day at the beach. Transport to anywhere including airport is 3 mins walk. Queen bed with a private lounge adjacent. You can use the kitchen, downstairs lounge, TV and swimming pool. We are one street away feom the beach and surf club so many restaurants and cafes right at your door. To Public transport is only 3 mins walk. You can use the kitchen, pool and downstairs living room and TV. Also you have your own private sitting room. You may use my office space with 2 desks, 1 small and 1 large for your business affairs. You may use the washer/ dryer with an additional fee. Im available for any information you may require. Dont hesitate to ask. I have Gold Coast, Byron Bay , Hinterland and Brisbane brochures for your perussal if you are a tourist, and need information, maps and recommendations. We are in a perfect location being close to everything including the beach( 150 metres away) and walking distance to not only the beach, but surrounding cafes , many restaurants, bars, and the Nobbys Beach Surf Club. Public transport is just a 5 minute walk to the Gold Coast Highway . Heading south towards the airport are buses and heading north buses take passengers to Pacific Fair Shopping Mall with a new modern tram service taking passengers all the way to Southport. Parking on the street and public transport (even to the airport) just at the end of the street. Also Ubers and Taxis.
