It is also a 3 minute walk away from the shops at Moonee Ponds Central, the popular Puckle street, where you will find welcoming cafes and restaurants with a large variety of trendy shops and also the Moonee Ponds Junction which is a bus and tram interchange where you will have the choice of 2 tram and 9 bus routes to get yourself where you need to go with ease. Moonee valley racecourse is only a 7 minute walk away. No smoking is allowed inside the apartment, and in all common areas of the building. No candles. You may smoke outside the apartment on balcony with the door closed. No pets , no parties or events. Police will be called if parties or events are reported.
