We offer clean towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo and clean bed linen. The guests share the family bathroom (shower and/or bath upstairs) In the light of the Covid 19 pandemic, please note that this accommodation is a family home with limited possibilities for social distancing. Also, as listed, the accommodation includes sharing the family bathroom and kitchen with myself and my son (a key worker in a care home). Consequently, as it is impossible to make the accommodation Covid 19 compliant, the availability (or not) of this listing will be continually reviewed in the light of UK government guidance. Free wifi and computer access if needed Garden (guests are welcome to smoke here but unfortunately not in the house) Guests are also welcome to use our dining area. We don't allow cooking in our house but guests are welcome to use the microwave and feel free to help yourself to tea and coffee at any time. Guests will be sharing our home (I am semi-retired and my adult son is also based here). I generally work from home so will be available to help / advise with anything during your stay. This also means I can be flexible with arrival and departure times. I have lived in this area for over 40 years and am an experienced Airbnb host. My home is set in a quiet residential area but within walking distance of local shops, restaurants, take-aways and pubs. There is also free parking at this property. Bus stops to local train stations are located 5-7 minutes walk from our house (depending on direction). One bus takes 15 mins (approx) to Croydon town centre as well as the main train station, East Croydon. East Croydon to London Victoria is approx 18 mins (2 stops) with trains running very frequently. East Croydon also provides easy access to Gatwick Airport and south coast resorts such as Brighton. Other bus stops lead to Eden Park or Elmers End train stations from which London is approx 35 mins.
