Camellia Gardens is situated on a very quiet residential road, only minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beach of Broadsands and local amenities. It is a detached bungalow surrounded by its own large, private garden which includes a log cabin with further dining and relaxation space. There is garden furniture for alfresco dining. The bungalow is light, airy and spacious with two double bedrooms & one twin, bathroom with walk in shower and separate bath, large lounge with a dining table, spacious kitchen with a further dining table, utility room and toilet. Ample parking for one car on the drive and quiet street parking for additional cars. There are several beautiful beaches and many local amenities within walking distance from Camellia Gardens. To travel further afield there is a bus stop within a two minute walk which serves all the main bus routes and local train stations. Friendly, private and quiet residential area, close to local amenities and the lovely sandy beach of Broadsands and Elberry Cove. Views of the famous South Devon Steam Trains from the garden and sea views from the road. Close to Paignton Train station, bus stop 2 minute walk with regular buses to Brixham, Torquay, Totnes and Newton Abbot. 12 minute walk to the beach via a public footpath. The property is cleaned thoroughly by a professional cleaner and myself to a very high standard following all current Covid regulations and precautions. In order to keep our guests as safe as possible, we ask that all guests complete a Covid lateral flow test on the day of and prior to arrival.
