A cozy house with stunning panoramic valley view

Recently renovated a stone house. Trovasta located at the vibrant hills of Liguria 7km from charming town Pieve di Teco, the little medieval village, 29km from Imperia and Mediterranean beaches. The house has a stunning terrace facing 180 degrees view to the valley below which makes it the perfect setting for relaxed holidays. The region also has vast trekking, trail running and mountain bike network path. Two mountain bikes and two road bikes are in the house for our guests use. Casa del sole panoramico in Trovasta is located 675 meters above sea level, a sunny Ligurian village. The house is located in a perfect setting for relaxed holidays with all-day sunbathing in an ideal location for outdoor activities (trekking, cycling, mountain biking, trail running). The stylishly decorated house is spread on two levels. In the entrance hall is the bike room (with foot pump and maintenance equipment). You are welcome to use our 2 road bike (size 54 and 56 ) and 2 mountain bikes (size M, L) equipped with shimano spd or regular pedals. 2 helmets, 2 water bottles, and a backpack. (extra charge of 10 Euros per day for a bike). You will find in the main living room maps and recommended routes for trail running, mtb, and road cycling. At the upset main floor you find a living room with comfortable, high-quality sofa bed that opens, and 42" flat screen smart TV, pellet heating burning fireplace for the colder seasons. This room can be used as a bedroom or living room depending on your interests it also has shower and toilets attached. Next, you will find 2 sleeping rooms (one with double bed and one with 2 single beds ) and a kitchen, 3rd master sleeping room with separates toilets and shower and sitting space with a balcony facing panoramic view of the valley and mountains. All sleeping rooms, kitchen, and the balcony have a mezzanine (view overlooking the valley) that is ideal for those who feel like an inspiration for writing, painting or drawing. Also, another pellet burning fireplace for the colder season is located at the sitting room with the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, oven, dishwasher, Cooking utensils and dishes. We have a small service room with a washing machine and a hanger for the laundry. The house sleeps 6 persons, with an option for another 1-2 in the main living room. Therefore it is best suitable for one couple or two couples with 2-3 children knowing each other well. It is equally suitable for a family of 6-8 persons. Bed linen and towels for 8 are included in the rental price. Cleaning is not included in the rental price. Wi-Fi is free with good coverage in the entire house. Pellets for the fireplace are provided free for the 1-2 days after they will finish the cost of the pellet will be not included. We do not live in the apartment, but you can contact us at any time. Our friend Anna will meet you, and she is at your disposal during your stay (speaks Italian , Frence and English). Trovasta is located 7km off from the road SS28 that connects Imperia and Torino. Last part is a charming village road surrounded by vegetation and river crossing. It takes about 1,5h to Nice or Genoa (airports). To really enjoy everything the area has to offer, you must have a car. You can drive near the house, get your luggage in and then park about 60m away in a big common village parking lot. The house is not suitable for those who have restricted mobility. Those who arrive with motorcycles can park them next to the house on the small and calm alley. For those who come with their own bikes, there is enough room for another 6 bikes. Canyoning is available in Ponti di Pornassio, climbing in Finale, horse riding and walks in the countryside. The beaches of Imperia or Alassio are 25-45 minutes drive away, or you can picnic or dip by the river near Pieve di Teco in the summer. The ski resort Monesi is about 50 minutes drive away. Pieve di Teco 7km away has typical bread, focaccia, pizza and delicious, where you will also find some restaurants, an excellent pizzeria, a supermarket, craft, and antique workshops, a pharmacy, a medical cabinet. At the pub "La Grotta" they make live music at the weekend. An antique market is held on the last Sunday of every month.
