The holidays apartment is located at Bilancino Lake in the heart of the green Mugello Valley in Tuscany. It’s a land rich of history, culture, traditions, food and lots of outdoors activities. The accommodation is part of our home, that was a typical farmer’s house dating back to 15th century. We carefully restored it over the years with patience and passion to bring it back to its country and rural splendor by using original materials as wood, cotto and serena stone. The apartment is located on the first floor and has its private entrance and heating. It has a fully equipped kitchenette with oven and dishwasher, a large sitting room, one double bedroom, one twin and bathroom with washing machine. A nice panoramic and relaxing area with barbecue is at your disposal, as well as a parking lot. Included in the price you have linens (towels and sheets), Wi-Fi connection and Sat-TV. If you need children’s accessories, just ask. The house has a stunning view over the lake and Mugello area, and is immersed into a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. In addition it’s strategically located since you can reach main towns of the area, such as Barberino di Mugello, San Piero a Sieve and Scarperia in about 10 minutes driving. The Mugello Circuit is about 15 minutes far. For shopping lovers the Barberino Designer Outlet is about 5 minutes driving. You can reach Florence by car in about 30 minutes or easily by train from San Piero a Sieve. Lucca, Pisa, Siena, Chianti and Valdorcia are less than an hour and a half driving distance. The apartment is located in a very quiet area, if you’re too loud and noisy you may disturb the other people.
