This friendly house with a terrace and a garden is placed in a quiet neighbourhood, cca 15 min walk from the old centre. I offer you 2 rooms A/ 1 King size bed B/ 1 Queen size bed C/ additional room with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 Welcome! The fully furnished terrace house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, not far from the old city centre. Please read the description carefuly! Calendar will show you that place is not available even if only one room is booked... contact me for more information. Thank you. Note: Breakfast, tourist tax and cleaning fee are included in the price! Winter price (oct-apr) is a bit higher due to heating season. Thank you for understanding. For any discount or other agreement please contact me. You can book for one night and if you like the place, you may prolong your stay. Please check the availability! Reservation should be made at least 2 days before arrival. Last minute reservation (on the day of arrival) is optional and is charged + 15 €. You are welcome to contact me. During your stay I will do my best for you to feel good. If you stay more than one night, you are welcome to use the facilities of the house: terrace, garden, kitchen, washer... Free parking is at the end of the street (app 50 meters away from the house) We may interact as you like. I can be a talkative person, but if you need peace and quiet, you will get it. :) Neighbourhood is quiet, living on the edge of the city centre is good, because everything is close. On the other hand we are surrounded with greens. Few minutes away is a chestnut tree alleyway, a Stadion Branik, a hippodrom and a hill Kalvarija, where from you can see the whole city and it offers a very pleasant walking place. You can also walk or bike by the river Drava to the Maribor island. You can walk easy to the old centre. I can rent you a bike. You can also call a taxi (low prices). For visitors of Pohorje (ski centre) there is a bus No. 6 from the centre or a few minute drive from a house with a car. I am a good provider of information where to go and what to do... feel free to ask.
