Molly's in the Valley

Molly’s is a tranquil setting surrounded by trees on a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the Coromandel Valley with views of Magarey’s Orchard in the background. It will feel like a home away from home. You feel like you are in the country yet you are only a short drive from Belair National Park, shops, the historic Duck Inn and the Belair train line. It’s the perfect place to retreat to after a busy day to relax outside admiring the peaceful view. • The house has been recently remodelled and offers 2 queen bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a separate toilet. • The main bedroom has an ensuite. The second room has access to a separate bathroom and toilet. • The kitchen has a dishwasher, is fully equipped for cooking, a BBQ is provided and there are many basic food essentials for you to use. • Tea, coffee and milk is provided. • There is a full laundry with access to a washing machine, dryer or clotheslines. • There is an office if you are travelling for work or just planning your next day trips. • There is NBN access and the lounge comes equipped with a smart TV with Netflix connected. • Molly’s has gas ducted heating and ducted cooling. • Smoking is permitted at Molly’s outside and ashtrays are provided. • No pets are permitted at Molly’s. Once bookings are confirmed I will arrange to greet you at the property or make other arrangements as the property has a key lock box system for easy access. Coromandel Valley is full of trees, bird life and Australian native animals. There is access to multiple walking trails and national parks. Nearby is the Belair National Park, Frank Smith Reserve, Sturt Linear Park walking trail and the Sturt Gorge National Park. Belair train line that will take you to the Adelaide CBD in about 30 minutes from Blackwood or Coromandel Valley stations. The beaches of Adelaide are about a 30 minute drive.
