A comfortable place for you to spend an incredible time 2.5km from the most beautiful beach in New Zealand (yes, we are a little biased!). Come to our Granny Flat (attached to a main dwelling) if you are looking to relax, unwind and enjoy some time with nature. This is a granny flat prepared with love and care for you to have a great time. We can also give you some cool ideas about what to do around here if you wish. *** NO PUPPIES PLEASE *** Here's a bit about this lovely place: - There is a private entrance for you; - A clean and comfortable room with a nice bed & wardrobe; - A brand new bathroom; - Living room with all amenities including: - Xbox 1 with many cool games! - Free and super fast wifi; - Netflix; - Microwave, fridge (with a treat in there!); - Some breakfast for you to start the day happy; - Plenty of safe parking space on the street; If you need something that is not listed, let us know, we will do everything to get it for you! There is a deck in front of your private accommodation that you will be able to enjoy. Here you will be able to enjoy your privacy. It is: - Brand new (new houses, brand new area); - Super safe & family oriented; - Quiet and friendly; - 5 min drive to a beautiful park; - 4 min drive to the famous Orewa Beach; - Plenty of bars, entertainment, grocery shopping and fun around (3 min drive). You will be 1 min away from the bus stop! It's easy to get around by public transport, but we would recommend you to have a car so you can visit the beautiful places nearby. For long term stays, please note there is a microwave, a toaster, a mini-fridge and a kettle in the accommodation, but not a full kitchen. :).
