Hollidge House Luxury Urban Apartments is a renovated bluestone villa, originally built by David Hollidge in 1880. Located close to high-end restaurants, coffee shops & supermarkets in the suburb of Fullarton, it is only a few minutes from the City of Adelaide and gateway to the Adelaide Hills. The Colonial is a spacious but cosy one bedroom apartment, perfect for both singles or couples. Featuring a well appointed galley kitchen, large lounge area to relax in front of the 55" Smart TV watching Netflix, and a comfy separate bedroom. The Colonial features two smaller outside areas, one private. Other features clothes washer/dryer and reverse cycle air-conditioning. Guests also receive complimentary continental breakfast provisions as well as their own Nespresso pod coffee machine. The Colonial has its own access into the apartment as well as the private smaller courtyard. I live onsite in one of the apartments. I am available to answer your needs and provide help, especially with the apartment and also with any questions regarding places to eat and places to see. Hollidge House is located on a quiet street in the leafy belt that surrounds the City of Adelaide. You will be staying in an apartment which is part of one of the oldest houses in the neighbourhood of Fullarton. Hollidge House is only a couple of minutes walk to transportation that will take you to the heart of Adelaide in less than 10minutes. Offsite parking is available.
