Clean & Quiet Double Room in House Near the Downs

Perfectly located for beautiful walks on the Downs. Clean, quiet house & neighbourhood. Easy access to the city centre and beaches by car or bus. Free parking. Good wi-fi. I have a lovely female Labrador who is calm & friendly. Dogs to be discussed prior to booking please. No cats. I prefer giving guests space & enjoy my own but like occassional chats & am open to questions & suggestions Mile Oak allows you the best of both worlds; part of the South Downs yet near enough to be able to enjoy what the city and seafront have to offer. Parking available Good bus routes 1 minutes walk away Longer stays of a week or more: No working from home, sorry. As well as my dog, I may have a guest dog/boarder staying.
