Modern, spacious 2 bedroom apartment in an exclusive, private location, right in the centre of Schull, West Cork. Seconds on foot from the Atlantic . Views over Schull harbour. Accommodates 4 comfortably and even small extra bed for a 5th if needed. Dogs are allowed and love the foreshore walk & little beaches right on their doorstep. The vibrant village of Schull is for sea and nature lovers and those who love to eat & drink well, be active and/or relax. 100% Organic fairtrade bed linen. The living room/dining area has a view of Schull Harbour and is bright, spacious and nicely decorated. Our guests love to sit around the large oak antique dining table (once belonging to a late famous local artist) and tell stories of their day, eat some local artisan food bought the Schull farmers' market and sip some local brew. Having two bathrooms one with bath/shower and the other with shower means the space is never cramped. The wi-fi and cable TV mean you can keep in touch with the outside world..if you really want to but most of our guests say it is the best base to be able to chill, choose where to visit either in walking distance or a bit further out (you have your own private parking space and just ask us if you'd like a bicycle). The building is totally detached & we own both apartments there so you will love the privacy as well as convenience. Town is 30 seconds on foot out your front door , the sea and farmers market 30 seconds on foot outside your back door, yet you will feel you are in a totally secluded oasis. We prefer to leave you in peace but are always on hand if you need any information or assistance. Our other business is English language and leisure programmes and we could include you in some of leisure trips and activities as a 'special guest' if you wish. That'll save you searching for excursions, watersports, landsports, and other fun things to do if you have just a short time, Simply ask us what is on the 'leisure menu' during your stay.. lively pubs with music most nights, great food in cafes, restaurants, pubs, Sunday Farmers Market on your doorstep, craft shops, , exclusive jewellery, beautiful clothes shops even great value charity shops. A very comprehensive supermarket and health food shop, Great walks, outdoor free gym, tennis court, basketball, football and children's parks- plenty of places to picnic and play for free outdoors for young and old. Local leisure centre with pool/gym/sauna etc welcomes guests. We can let you know about bicycles, maybe lend you one or two, we ourselves run a weekly leisure programme and are connected to the English language school so if you wish to join either, just ask, and we can include you as 'guests'. You have your own private parking space, there are buses to and from our town (check timetable) and a rural transport local link. Not very frequent but possible. A full clean of the apartment will be carried out prior to arrival. For stays of 3 days- no cleaning fee applies. For stays of 1 week or more s - an end of stay cleaning fee of 35Euro applies.
