Guests have an exclusive use of a beautiful Infinity Pool which has a panoramic view. They access to a free Wi Fi in the Pergola of the Estate. A small waterfall is outside the Gate. The host Andreas an ex academic well known for his English humour stays in a an independent villa in the THEODORIDES ESTATE. He can help guests with sightseeing, enlightens them with the history of Pelion and general Greek Culture. The atmosphere is hospitable and homely. Our neighbourhood is unique because it is away from the "aromatic smells" of the restaurants and the noise of the bustling village of Agios Ioannis. It is very lush and green, full of plane trees, chestnuts, walnut trees and olive trees and yet within a breathtaking distance from 3 beaches! Parking is free in the Estate which is Gated. There is public transport 5 min from the Estate. There are also taxis should anyone want to hire one. It is suitable for two persons who like a lot space up to 4 persons. Guests sleep with the sound of the waves and the song of the nightingale. there are lots of birds around because the trees are not sprayed. A Big frog guards the Estate by the waterfall.
