Surrounded by nature outside You will be given a unique fob to the private entrance to the studio Emerald is a stunning little village that is brimming with country charm and wonderful hospitality. Known for the Emerald Lake Park (Lake Treganowan) where many family friendly facilities are located. Barbecue facilities, children's playgrounds, a pool, paddle boats, walking tracks, fishing, Environment Centre, model railway, café and a railway station for Puffing Billy. The famous Puffing Billy passes through the township on it’s way from Belgrave to Gembrook and actually has three stations within Emerald—at Emerald, Nobelius and Lakeside, with Nobelius only being a "Stops if required" station. Emerald-Cockatoo recreational trail is ideal for walkers and cyclists and offers access to a range of family fun and recreational activities. Perfect for that weekend escape, why not stay in Emerald and enjoy all that it has to offer. Explore local trails like a trip to Healesville or Yarra Valley winery region We are just off the main road so easy to find. 5 minutes drive to Emerald Village (lovely bakery, shops and supermarket). Emerald Lake Park and Puffing Billy are just up the road. 5 minutes to the Aura Vale Lake, Cardinia Reservoir to kangaroo spotting at dusk. A further 45 minutes drive to the Yarra Valley. We are nestled on the outskirts of the Dandenong Ranges National Park so hiking is close by and there are lots of lovely areas explore. Parking just out front of the studio.
