Comfortable brand new sofa bed which pulls out to a large double - Queen size bed with storage underneath . Modern kitchen stools and bar table. Fully equipped small kitchen with, microwave, cooking utensils, cutlery & crockery. Welcome package upon arrival. Tea, coffee, milk, toaster, kettle. Fridge,brand new kitchen & appliances. Brand new bright & stunning new bathroom. Walk-in shower. We provide all bathroom amenities : soap (Website hidden by Airbnb) hairdryer &towels etc. For guests staying longer than two weeks a weekly non negotiable cleaning fee of $40 applies. Everyone has enjoyed having the house cleaned weekly and it helps to maintain the Guest House clean and tidy the whole time. It also ensures positive reviews on Airbnb too. This is once again, for guests who stay longer than two weeks. At the end of your stay, kindly strip the bed and place all towels and linen in laundry basket or in the bathroom. The Guest House is continuously improving. As it is newly renovated we are constantly working on it to improve and impress. For example the two air conditioners, in June 2020 we installed a much needed grab rail in the bathroom. As the roof is brand new, there are ‘settling issues’ which means minor cracks needed to be patched up in the living room. Located on a main road but the guest house is set back which makes for a quiet stay. (I’ve tested it out so it’s true!) A 5 minute walk from the Oak Park train station. Well lit street. Across the road from local church and MacDonalds (if you like that kind of thing). Walking track 200 mètres away which is absolutely fantastic. Close to Boeing reserve and other local parks. Guests are welcome to park in driveway free of charge or are able to use public transport which is approximately 400-500 mètres away.
