Nearby town with all facilities and types of shopping including a useful supermarket. Highly recommended for family holidays. Beautiful 16th century stone built Manor House in quiet village next to it's church. Large fireplaces big bedrooms and plenty of space with three sitting rooms. Approached via own drive way with own secure parking. Either via front of house or back through big archway on a grassy country lane. Totally private. Right by the magical marshes leading down to the beach 2 miles away with masses of bird life and other wild life. A paradise for walkers and beach combers. Plenty of ancient & historical towns nearby such as Barfleur, Valognes, Saint Vaast and Cherbourg with markets every week and packed with places to eat. Restricted public transport - best by bicycle, on foot and by car. Bookings normally Saturday to Saturday. Rubbish collection weekly - usually Friday. Central heating fuel, electricity and wood for fires at cost. Daily bread van with warm croissants around 8.30 am front of house village side.
