Beachy, relaxed on-suite Bedroom Woodbridge Island

My place is on Woodbridge Island, a tranquil security estate right next to the beach, at the Milnerton Lighthouse on the West Coast side of Cape Town. You’ll love my place because of the beautiful and safe setting close to Cape Town with direct access to the endless beach with view on Table Mountain. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Your place is set in a nicely landscaped security village close to the city centre of Cape Town. Shops, restaurants, banks and public transport are in safe walking distance. We have got our own three communal pools in the estate and private access to the beach. You will share the entrance gate and own private yard with us, a family of three and a small dog. The yard leads to your own private space. You expect a cosy room with some basic kitchen supplies, suitable for breakfast or warming up a meal and your own bathroom. We are also very happy to supply you with additional equipment like beach towels or a beach umbrella. Now with the approaching winter season we are gearing up for long term stays. We are happy to additionally provide a work space and a two plate stove and other cooking utensils or else. However we feel for a long term stay the place is better suited for a single person. We also require then a breakage deposit of €150 and would ask for a weekly cleaning fee of €12. We are looking forward to see you! We can give advice on how to easily get around in Milnerton with amneties and restaurants. And of course we can give lots of tips and insight to explore Cape Town and the surrounds further. No matter your requirements, we will happily assist in making your stay a memorable and happy one. Woodbridge Island is a private estate with its own landscaped gardens and a Khooi pond plus three communal pools and direct access to the Milnerton beach overlooking Cape Town and Table Mountain. There is a Mycity Bus station right outside the estate at the Milnerton light house leading to Century City and another station over the bridge called Woodbridge Island leading to the city or Table View. With the car it takes you 5 min north to the Paddocks shopping centre, 15 min to Table view and 20 min to Big Bay. South it will take you 15 min to the Waterfront and 20 min to the City Centre. Just be aware of our peak hour traffic times. There are lots of restaurants right in front of our doorstep next to the Milnerton Lighthouse. There is a small Kwikspar, a bank and a pharmacy just over the bridge and the Padocks shopping centre 5 mim drive away. In Milnerton you also find the biggest shopping mal Canalwalk and the world famous Waterfront is 15 min away. All shopping centres are reachable by the Mycity Bus. You just have to purchase a 2 year valid bus card, which you can load as needed.
