"ECO-FARM" QUINTA DE SÃO MATEUS Ecology/Permaculture/Natural Wine/Natural Food/Panoramic View This eco-farm puts organic agriculture into practice through permaculture, as well as alternative energies, zero-emission(zero waste) and so on. 37m2, studio with kitchenette, open hearth and private bathroom, twin bed. We wish the visitors enjoy the healthy and clean environment full of green and flowers. ACCOMMODATION in the farm: 37m2 studio (capacity 3 persons), twin beds, bathroom, kitchenette NB: breakfast and/or dinner with natural food and wine is available on previous request. We provide baby cot for 7.5€/day. We provide bicycles for 5€/day. HOW TO GET HERE Access by car: GPS coordinates will be given after reservation. 35mins from Coimbra - N111 - Montemor-o-Velho - Verride - Vila Nova da Barca - EcoFarm "Quinta de São Mateus". 2hrs from Lisbon - A1(direction Porto) - Soure - Vila Nova de Anços - Cercal - Brunhós - EcoFarm "Quinta de São Mateus". 1hr20mins from Porto - A1(direction Lisbon) - Montemor-o-Velho (direction Figueira-da-Foz) - Verride - Vila Nova da Barca - EcoFarm "Quinta de São Mateus". If you come from Lisbon or Porto by train: Take the Intercidades train and get out at Alfarelos. Then, take the Interregional train to Verride or a taxi to "EcoFarm Quinta de São Mateus, Brunhós". If you come from Coimbra or Figueira da Foz: Take the Interregional train and get out at Verride. More informations at CP website. Pick up from Verride is available on request, cost 5€ payable on the spot. We are usually on the farm and if you need help, of course we are available. If you wish to help with farm tasks or gardening, you are welcome too.
