The house is located in a quiet residential area,near the sea and beaches. A few km from the main protected natural areas and the most beautiful coasts of the island, which includes the cities most interesting and historic places This beautiful family home offers the best of both worlds being located on the waterfront of Costa Nera, only a few minutes from the beach and the capital city of Santa Cruz. Our beautiful home is part of a residential community that faces the ocean, only 300 meters from one of the best swimming beaches in Tenerife and minutes away from the capital of Santa Cruz. The house features four bedrooms for 7 people. It is exquisitely decorated by my wife Daniela, an artist whose studio is in the house for those interested in visiting. The house feels cozy yet provides ample space for you to enjoy your privacy. The displayed price of €50 is intended for 2 persons using 1 bedroom. Please add €30 each additional guests. Free wifi is provided. In the beautiful kitchen you can enjoy at prearranged price the incredible cooking of my wife Daniela. She favors locally-sourced and organic ingredients. If interested, please ask to see the menu. However, breakfast is included in the price. Meals can be enjoyed on the patio, as well, and you are invited to lounge in the lush garden at your leisure. Bed linen and towels are included and laundry service is provided for a small fee. We are happy to offer insight about the area, connect you with local happenings, and help you determine what activities/recreations fit best your needs to create the holiday experience you want. We respect your privacy, and are mindful that some guests just need solitude and peace. All are welcome. Our house is in a ideal location. It is one of 10 single homes in a restful residential community overlooking the ocean. 300 meters below is my favorite spot for swimming, a fisherman's village known as Boca Cangrejo, that provides access to a beautiful swimming spot where you can also enjoy the black sand beach of La Nea, only visited by a few locals during the week.   We are 1 km from Radazul, an ideal spot for running, scuba diving and swimming in tranquil waters.  If you are feeling sporty, jog or walk from the house to La Nea Beach then through Radazul and into Tabaiba. You will see that this is a breathtaking coastal path overlooking the ocean with tempting stops for swimming. All of this is downhill from our home. Public transportation is a seven minute walk from the house, but ideally you should come with a car or scooter to really explore. If you are in the mood to drive, the island capital of Santa Cruz is only 10 minutes by car, filled with shopping, restaurants, arts--all that you would need to enjoy the local life! La Laguna, the Unesco City University, is a mere 20 minutes away and Teide is just a one hour drive.
