Quiet and clean B&B Oosterhout NB

Nice and quiet room with 2 pers. bed en desk. Large bathroom with shower, Garden with heating and lounche. Free parking directly in front of the house. Free coffee en tea available in the room. There’s a small cooler for you milk, soda and other foods. Also a combi microwave. If you are looking for a nice and quiet place to stay, overnight or during the day you have found your place. With excellent (public) transport to al the mayor city's as Breda, Eindhoven, Rotterdam, Utrecht en Den Bosch. The bed is a two piece bed and can be splitted in separate 2 beds. Room is vented, heated and completely dark if needed. Extra pillows and blankets available if you need them. The shared rooms, bathroom and toilet are accessible for my guests. Only my bedroom on the first floor is private room and not accessible for others. During you're stay at my place i would like you to feel comfortable. If you have breakfast wishes let me know and i'll set the table for you. This service is not the included in the price and will be charged extra. If you have any other desire please feel free to ask. Within 5 minutes walk you’ll find an excellent connection for public transport to the main city of Oosterhout, to the train station of Breda or direct connection to Utrecht or Breda. By car you’ll reach the main road A27, A59 within 5 car minutes. You don’t hear the highways at the accommodation! By car (public transport): Rotterdam, Eindhoven and Antwerp 45 min (55 min). Den Bosch 30 min (45 min), Breda 20 min (30 min). Tilburg 20 min (45 min) Bus stop in 5 min walk. Parking in front of the house. Shopping and Supermarket in 5 min walk. No smoking in the house! You can smoke outside in the garden, even in the rain you stay dry. No drugs in the house or direct surroundings. Zero tolerance on these 2 rules. Despite all the nice and friendly guests that stayed without any problems I need to adress this extra: when one of these rules, smoking and/or drugs, in the house are not respected the stay will end directly. Sorry for being a bit rude her. I have 2 children and a retired Narcotic Detection Dog in the house. I would like to keep them away from drugs as far as possible. 1 surveillance camera outside on the front door. 1 surveillance camera in the living room. Both visible. No hidden camera's Private room door is closed and locked.
