Bright airy apartment with patio doors from the living room leading outside to a small seating area that’s a little sun trap, there’s a large comfy sofa and a dining table. The kitchen is compact, with all cooking facilities, fridge with an ice box and a washing machine, there are also 2 bar stools to sit and have a swally on! Both bedrooms have comfy beds and drawer units, black out curtains for lovely long lies. There is kids toys, books and games. It’s a 2 minute walk to the seafront! You can use the whole flat and the little patio outside of the living area exit patio doors. The outside area is shared with the other 3 flats in the close, although the little patio area directly outside I have put table and chairs there for your use on a summer’s day. The flat is 5 minutes from the seafront, there is many lovely cafes, restaurants and pubs around the area. There’s a kids play area along the seafront to your left with lovely walks in both directions. The Vikingar has a swimming pool and you can get the ferry over to Millport as well as ferry’s to Rothesay and Dunoon further along the coast. If travelling by car you can usually get a parking space outside the flat.
