This home is build on former golf course surround with lakes and a few different types of park, out door gym, kids playground, etc. It’s the first 6 stars green community in New South Wales , it is real beautiful and enjoyable . It’s 600 meters to bus stop and 12 to Blacktown bus station and 15minutes to train station and west point shopping centre. Free access the lake and parks including the outdoor gym facilities and kids playground area. you may watch the birds and ducks dancing in the water park , or make BBQ In the Central Park , you may enjoy the West Point shopping centre and RSL club ,worker’s club with walking distance . I’m happy to do communicate with guest , will be here to answer any questions from Guest to help them to make their own choices. It’s nice to have a walk or do exercise in the parks near the lake. Feeling quiet and peaceful. You may drive car straightly to Great Western High Way or M4 /M7 Via Richmond road, also you may take train and bus whatever you like, it’s very convenient to get to Parramata and Sydney CBD or other places.
