Charming, rustic,traditional, 18th century, stone house consists of 3 floors, furnished in a neo-vintage style, nested in the village of Sambugaro, a 5 minutes walk from the famous Lavertezzo (valley Verzasca) and a 15minute drive to Locarno. True haven of peace and tranquillity, this house has its own private garden and terrace with a stunning view of the mountains and the Lavertezzo river. A starting point for numerous high and mid-range mountain hikes and trails for all ages and levels of fitness. It's also the starting point for the ethnographical path of "Revoïra". Easy walk to many idyllic waterfalls and swimming spots along the river . The house consists of 3 floors( or levels).On the first floor there is a small lounge/dining room with a large fireplace and pellet stove , a bathroom (shower and toilets) and an open-plan kitchen. A staircase leads to the second floor comprising of a large room with a double bed and a second room with a futon ( 2 people) and a single bed. The third floor is independent and is accessed from the outside. . The third floor is a large space which includes a lounge, a double bed and two single beds. Ausgangspunkt zu Hoch- und Mittelgebirgstouren, auch « Trails » möglich. In der Nähe von zahlreichen idyllischen Badestellen im Fluss, zu Fuss erreichbar. Possibilité de baignade en rivière dans de nombreux endroits idylliques accessibles à pied. La maison est composée de 3 niveaux. Le premier est composé d’un petit salon-salle à manger avec une grande cheminée et un poêle à pellettes d’une salle de bain et d’une cuisine ouverte. On rejoint le deuxième niveau avec un escalier. Le deuxième niveau se compose d’une chambre avec un lit matrimonial et d’une chambre avec un futon (2 personnes) et un lit simple. Le troisième niveau est indépendant. On le rejoint par l’extérieur. Le troisième niveau est un grand espace composé d’un salon, d’un lit double et de deux lits simples. I live in Geneva but I was born in the Ticino. I love this place which I know very well. I can communicate in Italian, in German, in English, in French and in espagnol Since Locarno, you can reach it in public transport. From the bus-stop, it is necessary to count 10 minutes walk
