The train station with S-Bahn connection to Munich is about 20 minutes walk away, but can also be easily reached by bus within 5 minutes. You can reach the Oktoberfest within 35 minutes by public transport. A bus stop is 2 minutes' walk away, from where you can reach the Puchheim S-Bahn station within approx. 5 minutes. From there, trains run to Munich every 20 minutes (approx. 20 minutes to the city centre). In Puchheim itself there are several cafes, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.
