This is a nice,clean and modern flat. There is car park, bath and extra toilet. Big lounge. Sometimes is enough to have up to 6 people in the flat. Washer and other facilities. Great location close to center and hospital and university and many shops Close to University and hospitals and city center. Very easy by bus to everywhere in the city. Most times, there is an extra charge to provide bedding or towels (Normally £5 extra per person). Also, I dont normally provide kitchen cutlery. You need to ask in advance for more details. There is also £100 cash key deposit most of the times. The host has the right to show the flat to future expected guests after giving 24 hours notice to the guest. Check in should be between 4 and 8pm. If you want to come another time please keep in touch with the host for the time. I normally do check out at 11am most days and 10am on Sundays. If you need different hours you can ask about it as I normally charge £20 extra per hour if possible to check out at later hours. If a guest book the flat for long term and get the discount they have to pay for the gas and electricity during the stay.
