En-suite Twin bedroom in a 19th century Period House in Ennis, featured in Hugh Weir's Book "Houses of Clare" 20 minute walk to town centre, orchard, large gardens, includes bkfast The Bedroom is a South facing private twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and dressing room, in a Period Country Style House in Ennis, only a 15/20 minutes walk from Town centre, originally built in 1835, one of the Period Stone Houses of Clare featured in Hugh WL Weir's Book "Houses of Clare" There is private parking for guests. Guests have access to the large dining room with open fireplace and use of the kitchen to prepare cold dishes. Includes Breakfast, Tea and coffee facilities in the Room. Guests needing to do laundry can use the washing machine and dryer. Full parking available on the grounds of the House, 15/20 minutes walk into Ennis town centre. Guests can use computer and printing facilities for airline online check-in and printing of boarding cards, or other printing needs. I am available to guests to offer any advice on local attractions and sights and also on the best spots in town for night time entertainment, as Ennis is a vibrant town with quaint narrow streets, renowned for it's lively pubs and traditional Irish music. The House is only 15/20 minutes walk from the centre of town. Our house has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and offers the travelling guest home from home accommodation. From Shannon Airport follow the signs to M18. Take the exit marked Galway/Ennis. Continue on the M18 to Junction 13. At Junction 13 signposted Scariff/Tulla, exit the motorway and taking the 1st exit at the round about (Tulla Road Roundabout) sign posted Ennis R352. Continue straight along this road R352 and pass through the next roundabout staying straight ahead. After about 300m and before the next roundabout there is a right hand turn. Take this turn and drive through until you see the Knockaderry Grove sign on your left beside Glynn's Coaches yard, stay left at this sign and Knockaderry House is the first driveway on the right, its the Old Stone two storey House surrounded by Conifer trees, its signposted Knockaderry House on the driveway pier. Coming to Knockaderry House From Galway Direction, Continue on the M18, At junction 13, take the R352 exit to Tulla/Scarriff, then at Tulla Road West Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto R352, at the next roundabout take the 2nd Exit, continue driving through to the next roundabout taking your 2nd Exit signposted Town Centre, then take your first right turn. This brings you into Knockaderry, continue driving 36 metres until you see the sign for Knockaderry Grove, stay left at this sign and Knockaderry House is the first driveway on the right signposted Knockaderry House on the Pier of the driveway. The house is a two story limestone house with extremely fast internet speeds of 100 mbps
