Studio Annex Self contained studio annex adjacent to our property with a separate access entrance and outdoor seating area located in the quiet village of Brent Knoll Somerset near to j22 of the M5. The studio is completely private, has an open plan living area, fully equipped kitchenette with fridge (including ice box), worktop double electric hob, kettle, toaster, microwave and a shower room. Suitable for short term holiday stays as a base to explore the county. Minimum stay 2 nights. Well behaved small / medium dogs are welcome at an additional cost of £15 per stay. Access via a separate gate adjacent to our property. There is secure storage for bicycles if required. There is no parking at the property but plenty of free on street parking. I live in the adjacent property so am usually available to assist where needed. Self check-In is also available should guests prefer. Admire the stunning views of the village and beyond from Brent Knoll. The village has a local shop and 2 pubs nearby, with beaches at Burnham on Sea, Brean Downs and Weston super Mare not too far away. Spend time exploring Glastonbury, Cheddar Gorge and Wells, all of which are nearby. There are plenty of nearby public footpaths and cycling routes.
