A beautiful rare 1904 historic treasure in Benalla, combining rustic charm with all modern conveniences. Rosecourt House offers a unique experience with over-sized bedrooms, open fireplaces and 4m cedar ceilings. Enjoy lounging under the bull nose verandahs, by the pool or spa. Rosecourt House offers shared accommodation with a difference. We travel, but when we are here we are tucked away leaving guests to enjoy the house and facilities at their leisure, booking one group at a time only. The house displays the original and rustic features of a truly relaxed historic home. We love to see our guests enjoying the house as much as we do and feeling right at home. The small secret cellar was a surprise when we acquired this quirky Victorian home, which is certainly put to good use with the amazing wine region we are privileged to be part of. Enjoy the facilities the house offers round the clock, with a great BBQ area with the addition of a pizza oven and an outdoor pool and spa available for use by guests anytime during their stay. We also provide a light breakfast for all guests, I will reach out to you prior to your stay to obtain a sneak peak of your preferences and any special dietary requirements you may have, ensuring your likes are catered for during your stay. Guest access from the front of property driveway provides safe parking with gate access. We are at your disposal during your stay and only a short holler away. Benalla is renowned for its botanical gardens, rose gardens, lake, local walks, art galleries, museums, local wineries, and nearby Winton Raceway. All Benalla town activities are all within walking distance of Rosecourt House. Benalla is also just over an hour from the ski resorts of Mt Buller, making Benalla a perfect, affordable, ski trip destination. The station is walking distance for those who wish to travel by train and Rosewood House is centrally located offering access to all town activities by foot. You are welcome to bring your car with plenty of parking on site at Rosewood House. Rosecourt House is shared accommodation with a difference. We live in the home part-time commuting between Benalla and Melbourne. When we are here we are tucked away leaving you to enjoy the facilities at your leisure, and available if needed. We are very relaxed, providing you complete access to utilise everything the house has to offer and the freedom to come and go as you please anytime during your stay. We may cross paths in the kitchen and dining spaces and only book one group at a time.
