MarcoPolo Apartment between Venice & VCEAirport

Strategically located in a quiet neighborhood 10min from the airport and 15min from the CentroStorico. Easily accessible by car (big free public parking) well served by public transport to both Venice and the airport and the railway station. I always welcome everyone and try to make the travel experience of my guests as mellow and relaxing as possible. The newly renovated apartment is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort (WiFi, air conditioning, TV, large closets, books ...) even the kitchen is equipped with everything necessary (refrigerator, induction cooker, microwave, toaster) , Espresso and American coffee machines...) The apartment is completely available to guests except for a small service room. The second bathroom is available only from the third guest up. Washing machine and dryer on request with surcharge. Indoor parking (for small or medium cars) on request for € 5 / day Do not hesitate to contact me for any need. Campalto is a residential quiet area of the mainland of Venice and close to the island that you can reach easy by a comfortable public bus line (the bus stop is at a walking distance from the apartment). In the town there are all the necessary services. In a walking distence you have bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream shop, street food and take away, pastry shop, grocery, bakery, pharmacy... The apartment is within walking distance of the public bus stop (ACTV). The house is about halfway along the line 5 route that connects Venice to the Marco Polo airport. Line 5 runs every 15 'from 7.00 to (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) ' on public holidays), every 30 'from 5.00 to 7.00 and from (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) to 1.00. The width of the access door of the elevator is 60cm!!! The use of washing machine, dryer and iron are allowed upon prior request and with surcharge to be agreed.
